After we cut our teeth on working in variety of companies and industries, we realized that small-medium businesses share similar challenges across the globe. Anant Mithsagar CEO/Founder

Anant has over 15+ yrs of experience working with small, medium and fortune 50 companies. Earlier in his career he has worked in Motorola, Continental Automotive, Chamberlain and Honeywell in consumer electronics, process automation and automotive industries. He hails from a family of entrepreneurs. His father runs a successful manufacturing business in India. He has completed his MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from IIT, Chicago, USA and BS in Instrumentation from Pune University, India. He is member of various civic and entrepreneurial organizations such as Executive Club of Chicago, TiE-Midwest, Illinois Technology Association, MIT Entrepreneurial Forum, IIT Knapp Entrepreneurship Center, US-India business council, Control Systems Integrator Association(CSIA).

Robert Lowe

Bob is an accomplished process automation industry veteran. He recently served as Executive Director of CSIA, a global trade association for system integration companies with more than 400 member firms in 27 countries. Prior to that, Bob spent 19 years in the world of plant automation in the metals industry. Then in 1991 he co-founded Loman Control Systems, Inc. a control systems integration company where he was president and managed the technical staff. While with Loman, a founding Member of CSIA, he served on the CSIA Best Practices and Benchmarks committee for eight years and was instrumental in designing the CSIA Certification audit. Additionally he authored sections of the Best Practices Manual when it was rewritten, and also authored articles on audit preparation.
